Have a sizing chart
There should be measurements to go along with the sizes. It's difficult to tell what the measurements would be since they vary between manufacturers. If I can't try it on before buying, small/medium/large are pretty general terms for sizes without measurements.

Have a number to call..
I have noticed a mistake in my order and the only thing I can find on the website is to wait, then return for my money back, even though I made sure I selected the right size with each item.

Send merchandise quicker
I bought a shirt and it did not get sent out till 5 days later so i did not have it then for 8 days after i ordered it

Paid extra for priority mail and it took 4 days just to get it to the post office - very disappointed

The girls scoop neck shirts shrink! I suggest you tell people to order one size up! I still love mine though!
The t-shirts look big in the picture, but in reality they are not. Maybe mention what size the model is wearing? That way we can have a better idea for the fit.

Orange shirts for anti-bully day and sizing
I know there's the new shirts "Please Stay Alive" but I can only wear an orange shirt at work for anti-bully day at work. I wanted to get the "I AM ALIVE" shirt but it's sold out. :(
Could we get something printed on orange please?!?!Also, if we could always have a sizing chart for the shirts, I think a lot of us will be waaaay happier. I know I wear medium-large shirts depending on how they are made, but I want to make sure I don't have to return things. It's just a pain. Sizing would make us…

Having a description on what material the clothing is made out of.
Its hard to know what size is needed when ordering online because you cant try it on first. putting the material that its made out of would help alot because if its 100% cotton it will shrink and we dont know if its already preshrunk or not.

Better description of shipping times!! And someone to call or online customer service
I bought a hoodie for a birthday present two weeks in advance and didn't realize that it was going to take a month to get it. Very disappointing. It would also be nice to have someone to talk to whether online or by phone to clarify things with.

bring back the old dog tags.
I buy a new tag for overhear important sober, or a loved one buys one for me the new ones are painted so after 6 months the whole tag is just black but the one i bought at the end of 2010 was printed and still looks how it should.

Hoodies could be just a littlw less $$$ & make some girls shirts that are more are the tom-boyish side, not so girly. Some of us surfer girls fall more into into the Keala Kennely style of dressing and charging it. trying to find clothes for those of us is not easy to say the least, so how about some help????
