Tracking number for orders
I suggest you send the buyer, along with the billing information, the tracking number from Fedex. Or at least an estimated date for the package to be delivered.

I live in the UK and some of the most amazing ariana fans live in Europe and we would pay for these and the shipping! I REALLY want to buy these t-shirts and I really want the hair bow that is out soon! This site would also increase in popularity!

Add a universal price to your products.
I live in the UK and I would really love to buy some of your items, it would make a lot more publicity worldwide if there was an easy way to buy clothes for everyone everywhere, so then people would see the clothes from all over and would then be encouraged to look at the site.

Make a way to remove items from your cart if we realize that they are not wanted.
I accidentally realized that I clicked on the wrong shirt and now I have to either order and then cancel the shirt, or order from a different computer.

Search by size
It would be nice if search by size was one of the options. It would be quick and efficient to click the size I want to purchase and have all the items available in that size appear. Instead of looking at every single item only to find out it's not in my size.

Ship coming soon items when you say you are going to or notify people that you are changing the shipment date.
When items are listed with a specific ship date for pre-order, you really should make sure they are shipped on that day or at the very least, let your customers know. Pretty basic customer service here.
